Welcome to SunWalker at Vida Sol in St. George, Utah! This gorgeous 4bed, 4bath home provides everything you need for the perfect getaway. Equipped with a fully loaded kitchen, two master suites, two large living rooms, five 65” HD flat screen TVs, and a private patio. Enjoy the community pool, soaking in the private spa, chilling by the fire pit, having a barbecue, and relaxing in the hammock. Close to Zions NP and several state parks. We offer paddleboard and kayak rentals!

25% off if you book with us for 7 nights or more! The first floor welcomes you with a combined large kitchen, dining and living area. There is a full bath right off of the entry. Enjoy the giant sectional for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials plus a blender and waffle iron. There is a work space adjacent to your own personal Keurig coffee station. With a beautiful dining table that seats eight, four bar stools at the island counter and a six person outdoor dining table you can host the entire family! Step out onto your private back patio with a hot tub, fire pit, dining table, hammock, lighted pergola, and BBQ grill. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms surrounding another upscale living room. Two thoughtfully decorated king-size master suites each with their own private bathrooms. Every bedroom has a large closet with built in storage. The laundry room is fully stocked and ready for use. Enjoy the comforts of extra cozy blankets and board games. This brand new 2021 end unit townhome has absolutely everything you need for the perfect getaway. BRAND NEW: The third car garage is now setup as a self-serve paddleboard and kayak rental space! We currently have three paddleboards and one kayak. We ask that you sign a liability waiver and send payment through the Airbnb app. We have competitive rates compared to other rental companies in the area. Once documents are received renting them out is easy and convenient. You will receive an access code that is unique to you and the individual codes to however many paddleboards you decide to rent. They are inflatable, very easy to transport and setup. Our home is located 12-20 minutes from the beautiful state parks of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow. House rules

Must be 23 years of age to book. Absolutely No Smoking On The Premises, including vaping, etc. No Pets Allowed. Quiet hours at 11pm. Guests have access to everything in the home with the exception of the supply closet under the stairs. The third car garage is used for self-serve paddleboard & kayak rentals! If would like to rent them we require that you sign a liability waiver and send the additional payment through Airbnb before you will receive the access code to the garage. We ask that you remove your shoes at the front door. Candles are decorative please do not light. No more than 12 people allowed on the property at any time. If you want to have people over please let us know in advance otherwise additional charges will be incurred. When using the outdoor grill please make sure to turn off the propane and clean it before check-out! Smoking or smoke odors will incur an additional $250 cleaning charge. If anything is stolen, lost, or damaged guests will be held responsible for replacement. Owner and Property Management Company are not liable for any injuries.

This newly completed luxury vacation home is located two minutes off of I-15, seven minutes from the heart of St. George, and is exactly where you'll want to be to experience all the beauty of Southern Utah. Take out our paddleboards and kayak to Quail Creek State Park located just 12 minutes from our home! The community pool is located right up the street. Grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping centers are all located within a few minutes drive. Zion National Park is only a 35 mile scenic drive away. It could be called a heaven on earth. A red-rock wonderland created by wind, water and snow. The Narrows and Angels Landing are extraordinary places to experience. The main hikes are epic, but the park is also full of off-the-beaten path adventures and hidden gems, perfect for seeking out during the crowded summer high season. The Virgin River bike trail is a paved river-side trail through Washington and St. George. The trail is family friendly and provides striking views of the Virgin River. You can ride directly from the property to the trail. The Hellhole trailhead is conveniently located only a half mile from our home. We definitely recommend a trip to Sand Hollow with its warm, blue waters and red sandstone landscape. Boat, fish, cliff jump and dive at the reservoir. Explore and ride the dunes of Sand Mountain on an OHV and lay out on the beach. Snow Canyon State Park features a canyon carved from the red and white Navajo sandstone of the Red Mountains, as well as the extinct Santa Clara Volcano, lava tubes, lava flows, and petrified sand dunes. We absolutely love this park, the scenery is so beautiful. We highly recommend doing the Lava Flow trail. This 1.7-mile round trip path is considered relatively easy, so the whole family can enjoy this excursion. You don't want to miss out on this place! After adventuring through the wonderland of Southern Utah come home and treat yourself with all the luxuries provided for your enjoyment. Relax and unwind in the hot tub, watch a movie with the family, or kick back in the hammock for a well deserved nap.

Guest access

You'll have access to the entire home and private back patio w/hot tub. Two parking spaces in the garage and three spaces in the driveway are for guest use. Guests also have access to the heated community pool. The supply closet located under the stairs is not for guest use. The third car garage is reserved for kayak and paddleboard rentals! There is RV, trailer, and boat parking pads located around the neighborhood for guest use. They are available on a first come first serve basis.

Riley was an excellent host, and their place in Washington was conveniently located, making our daily trips to Zion National Park easy. Additionally, it was close to town and multiple beautiful golf courses, allowing some of our group to get a round of 18 in, and all of us to dine out and enjoy ourselves. The condo matched the pictures perfectly and was ideal for our group of six. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay! This was great for our group of 8 people. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and lovely outdoor patio area. The sitting area and kitchen were great for our group as well. Zion is about a 45-50 min drive and it’s an easy drive too. Great spot! We will be back!
