This home is professionally decorated with an eclectic boho theme. The first floor welcomes you with a combined kitchen, dining and living area. There is a full bath right off of the entry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials plus a blender, crockpot, and waffle iron. All the spices you could ever need are located near your own personal coffee station. With a beautiful dining table that seats six, three bar stools at the island counter and a six person outdoor dining table you can host the entire family! Step out onto your private back patio with a hot tub, fire pit, dining table, sectional, hammock, lighted pergola, and BBQ grill. We also provide top of the line turf outback for your furry friends! Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms surrounding another upscale living room. Enjoy the oversized sectional for movie nights. There is a deluxe king size master suite with its own private bathroom and large soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king size bed, cozy decor and room darkening shades. A thoughtfully decorated bunk room with all of the bonuses includes; lots of boardgames, stuffed animals, building blocks, an art easel, unique bedding and a constellation night light. Every bedroom has a large closet with built in storage. The laundry room is fully stocked and ready for use. Enjoy the comforts of extra cozy blankets and deluxe bath towels. House Rules

Must be 21 years of age to book. Absolutely No Smoking On The Premises, including vaping, etc. All Dogs Allowed. No weight or breed restrictions. Max two dogs allowed. Absolutely no dogs allowed upstairs. We provide a gate at the top of the stairs for this purpose. We require that you spray off the turf outback provided for dog use at check-out. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). If damages are not reported but are found by our cleaners, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s) credit card on file. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. Quiet hours at 11pm. Guests have access to everything in the home with the exception of the supply closet under the stairs. We ask that you remove your shoes at the front door. Candles are decorative please do not light. No more than 8 people allowed on the property at any time. If you want to have people over please let us know in advance otherwise additional charges will be incurred. When using the outdoor grill please make sure to turn off the propane and clean it before check-out! Smoking or smoke odors will incur an additional $250 cleaning charge. If anything is stolen, lost, or damaged guests will be held responsible for replacement. Owner and Property Management Company are not liable for any injuries. Pet waste or remnants found outside or inside the house will result in no return of the $250 pet deposit. If any pet hair or sign of pets is found upstairs you will be charged the full pet deposit. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by your pet.

This newly completed luxury vacation home is located two minutes off of I-15, seven minutes from the heart of St. George, and is exactly where you'll want to be to experience all the beauty of Southern Utah. The community pool is located right across the street. Grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping centers are all located within a few minutes drive. Zion National Park is only a 35 mile scenic drive away. It could be called a heaven on earth. A red-rock wonderland created by wind, water and snow. The Narrows and Angels Landing are extraordinary places to experience. The main hikes are epic, but the park is also full of off-the-beaten path adventures and hidden gems, perfect for seeking out during the crowded summer high season. The Virgin River bike trail is a paved river-side trail through Washington and St. George. The trail is family friendly and provides striking views of the Virgin River. You can ride directly from the property to the trail. The Hellhole trailhead is conveniently located only a half mile from our home. We definitely recommend a trip to Sand Hollow with its warm, blue waters and red sandstone landscape. Boat, fish, cliff jump and dive at the reservoir. Explore and ride the dunes of Sand Mountain on an OHV and lay out on the beach. Snow Canyon State Park features a canyon carved from the red and white Navajo sandstone of the Red Mountains, as well as the extinct Santa Clara Volcano, lava tubes, lava flows, and petrified sand dunes. We absolutely love this park, the scenery is so beautiful. We highly recommend doing the Lava Flow trail. This 1.7-mile round trip path is considered relatively easy, so the whole family can enjoy this excursion. You don't want to miss out on this place! After adventuring through the wonderland of Southern Utah come home and treat yourself with all the luxuries provided for your enjoyment. Relax and unwind in the hot tub, watch a movie with the family, or kick back in the hammock for a well deserved nap.

Guest Access

You'll have access to the entire home and private back patio w/hot tub. Two parking spaces in the garage and two spaces in the driveway are for guest use. Guests also have access to the heated community pool that is right across the street. The supply closet located under the stairs is not for guest use. There is RV, trailer, and boat parking pads located around the neighborhood for guest use. They are available on a first come first serve basis.

Riley had some of the best communication that I have experienced, with an AirBnB host! The self check-in door lock worked well (rare), the house was prepped in a very welcoming fashion, and we were extremely happy to have an empty garage in which to park our car. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness to detail for support items in the house, too!

It was WONDERFUL!! My family loved that we were able to bring our dog with us. I loved the WELCOME book. Everything was very clean and neat. The fact that the pool was right across the street was a huge plus for the kids. The master bedroom was perfect. I could go on and on about the great amenities.
