House Rules

-No loud parties that would disturb neighbors. - No Smoking/Vaping - You will lose your full security deposit if any person smokes inside. -No shoes or food in carpeted rooms. - Do not leave any food outside (critters will get into it!) -Do not leave trash outside of the trash can! -Do not pour grease down the drain or flush feminine products down the toilet as it clogs our septic system. -No large bonfires. Do not burn any wood on the property other than what is to the left of the firepit. Any other plies of wood are drying, or not to be used. Do not damage our trees. -Please be careful not to trample any vegetation on the property. -Please reach out if you would like to host a wedding or event. -All Dogs Allowed. No weight or breed restrictions. Max two dogs allowed. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). If damages are not reported but are found by our cleaners, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s) credit card on file. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. -Guests have access to everything in the home with the exception of the master closet and pantry. -We ask that you remove your shoes at the front door. -Candles are decorative please do not light. -No more than 8 people allowed on the property at any time. If you want to have people over please let us know in advance otherwise additional charges will be incurred. -When using the outdoor grill please make sure to turn off the propane and clean it before check-out! -Smoking or smoke odors will incur an additional $250 cleaning charge. If anything is stolen, lost, or damaged guests will be held responsible for replacement. -Pet waste or remnants found outside or inside the house will result in no return of the $250 pet deposit. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by your pet. -Thank you! We hope you will have a great stay!
