Must be 23 years of age to book. Absolutely No Smoking On The Premises, including vaping, etc. No parties. Small events allowed if you inform us and get our approval. For any after hours emergencies, please call us or contact Airbnb support. No Pets Allowed. Quiet hours at 11pm. Guests have access to everything in the home with the exception of the supply closet under the stairs. We ask that you remove your shoes at the front door. Candles are decorative please do not light. No more than 10 people allowed on the property at any time. If you want to have people over please let us know in advance otherwise additional charges will be incurred. Smoking or smoke odors will incur an additional $250 cleaning charge. If anything is stolen, lost, or damaged guests will be held responsible for replacement. Owner and Property Management Company are not liable for any injuries. Hot Tub/Spa Policy: Please note that the spa is serviced twice a week on Tuesday and Friday mornings. If a technician arrives during your stay, they will knock first and you can let them in. If no one answers, they will enter the home to access the 3rd floor patio to service the spa. They will only enter the home to service the spa. If there are children present without adult supervision at the time of spa service, the technician will cancel and reschedule or service will be skipped until the next scheduled service in the week. Thank you for your cooperation in making sure our spa maintains high standards of cleanliness.

This place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The rooftop views alone are worth booking for-seriously breathtaking, especially at sunset. The hot tub was the perfect touch and made the whole experience feel super relaxing and a little luxurious. The home itself was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described (if not better). Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully set up, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The host was great as well—easy communication and everything went smoothly. Overall, this was one of those stays where you don't want to leave. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting St. George!

Great space for our few days in the area. Close enough to many restaurants and parks. Space was clean and had what we needed to prepare meals. Worth noting - the living / TV area is alone on the 3rd floor separate from kitchen/dining area.
