With seating for 8 at the dining table and 3 bar stools at the island counter, you can host everyone comfortably. Must be 23 years of age to book. Absolutely No Smoking On The Premises, including vaping, etc. No parties. Small events allowed if you inform us and get our approval. For any after hours emergencies, please call us or contact Airbnb support. No Pets Allowed. Quiet hours at 11pm. Guests have access to everything in the home with the exception of the supply closet under the stairs. We ask that you remove your shoes at the front door. Candles are decorative please do not light. No more than 10 people allowed on the property at any time. If you want to have people over please let us know in advance otherwise additional charges will be incurred. Smoking or smoke odors will incur an additional $250 cleaning charge. If anything is stolen, lost, or damaged guests will be held responsible for replacement. Owner and Property Management Company are not liable for any injuries. Hot Tub/Spa Policy: Please note that the spa is serviced twice a week on Tuesday and Friday mornings. If a technician arrives during your stay, they will knock first and you can let them in. If no one answers, they will enter the home to access the 3rd floor patio to service the spa. They will only enter the home to service the spa. If there are children present without adult supervision at the time of spa service, the technician will cancel and reschedule or service will be skipped until the next scheduled service in the week. Thank you for your cooperation in making sure our spa maintains high standards of cleanliness.

A beautiful home surrounded by amazing views of the red cliffs and mountains. Very comfortable, especially the couch on the top floor. Loved having several bathrooms and room to spread out. We loved this house! It was perfect, and the view was amazing. We were able to enjoy all the fireworks on New Year’s Eve 🥳 The location is excellent, and we would definitely book it again if we come back to Utah. This is a fantastic place to stay. Close to the college, shopping, restaurants etc. Epic views (I highly recommend coffee at the fire pit during sunrise). Really the best place we have stayed in our 5 years of going to this area. Riley was awesome, checked on us once, and that was perfect. Cant thank her enough
