Plus, the adult queen-over-queen bunk beds are rated for 400 lbs, making it perfect for everyone. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Pine Valley Mountains from this comfy space! Plus, there is an EV charger for those with electric vehicles. On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious combined kitchen and dining area that’s perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, plus a blender, crockpot, and waffle iron! With seating for 8 at the dining table and 3 bar stools at the island counter, you can host everyone comfortably. The dining area features a stunning floor-to-ceiling window that offers an incredible view. Step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy seating for 5 around a large fire table. Next, there’s the king-size master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and all bathrooms come stocked with bath soaps and plush towels. Must be 23 years of age to book. Absolutely No Smoking On The Premises, including vaping, etc. No parties. Small events allowed if you inform us and get our approval. For any after hours emergencies, please call us or contact Airbnb support. No Pets Allowed. Quiet hours at 11pm. Guests have access to everything in the home with the exception of the supply closet under the stairs. We ask that you remove your shoes at the front door. Candles are decorative please do not light. No more than 10 people allowed on the property at any time. If you want to have people over please let us know in advance otherwise additional charges will be incurred. Smoking or smoke odors will incur an additional $250 cleaning charge. If anything is stolen, lost, or damaged guests will be held responsible for replacement. Owner and Property Management Company are not liable for any injuries. Hot Tub/Spa Policy: Please note that the spa is serviced twice a week on Tuesday and Friday mornings. If a technician arrives during your stay, they will knock first and you can let them in. If no one answers, they will enter the home to access the 3rd floor patio to service the spa. They will only enter the home to service the spa. If there are children present without adult supervision at the time of spa service, the technician will cancel and reschedule or service will be skipped until the next scheduled service in the week. Thank you for your cooperation in making sure our spa maintains high standards of cleanliness.

Riley is very responsive and was flexible to some requests, even at the last minute. The house is very comfortable and center to many of the golf courses. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The booking process was painless and easy. The location was really nice and everything we needed was close. Super friendly town as we door dashed and used Instacart often. Our host Riley was very friendly although we really didn’t need anything. We were three golfers, so space was paramount and this home delivered. We all had our own bathrooms, which also meant a lot. The home was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The views were incredible! They even have a spa that helps after a day of golfing. The pictures just don’t do it justice as the home exceeded our expectations. Great stay!

We were a group of 6 adults and stayed here for a mountain biking trip. This place is beautiful, modern, and sits on top of a mini-mesa with a great view looking north. The hot tub fit four adults comfortably, and the two-car garage was great for parking two cars and keeping our bikes safe. It’s on the same side of the 15 as the Zion brewery and other great places to eat/drink with a short drive. Riley was communicative before and during our stay, checking in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again on our next visit.

What a cool location this is. Great views of the surrounding area, and very close to plenty of food options and amenities. The house was clean and exactly as we expected it, check in was a breeze. My kids loved it. We would stay again any time.

We loved our stay at Riley’s house in St George. We were in town visiting family and needed a home for 4 adults and two children (3 years and 7 months). This house was perfect! It felt brand new and was so clean we felt like we were the first to stay in it. It had so much room and was beautifully decorated. Everyone had Thai own space and bathroom. The modern and open kitchen/dining area was the perfect place for everyone to hang out. We also loved the deck off of the dining area with the fire table. It was perfect for relaxing in the evening after dinner. The views are also amazing. it was very close to many restaurants. We spent one day in Zion and it was an easy drive. We would highly recommend this house and plan to stay here again on our next visit. Riley was very responsive and proactive with making sure we were taken care of.

Great home for our St. George vacation. It is spacious, over the 3 floors, & comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong table, the hot tub, & the views from the big dining room window & the 2 balconies. We didn’t use the fire table because it was warm during our stay. We appreciated the suggestions from the welcome book from the hosts to pick hikes & restaurants. We had a great time!
